  • Quality Assurance & Quality Control

    Ensuring long-term and seamless operations of industrial plants is only possible through strict inspections during the assembly and fabrication phases. Our quality standards at Zet Engineering include:

    Compliance with International Standards: We execute all piping and assembly projects in strict accordance with welding and manufacturing standards such as ASME (Section IX) and EN ISO 15614.

    Traceability & Certification: We meticulously archive and ensure the full traceability of EN 10204 3.1/3.2 material certificates for all components used, including pipes, fittings, and valves.

    Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): To verify our welding quality, we document and report Radiographic (RT), Ultrasonic (UT), Magnetic Particle (MT), and Dye Penetrant (PT) testings via independent accredited bodies.

    Pressure & Leakage Testing: Prior to commissioning, we perform rigorous hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure and leak tests according to international testing protocols.
