Clean Cutting & Bevel Preparation
The fundamental prerequisite for flawless penetration is to prepare the material in a site environment without compromising its structural integrity. We execute the cutting processes of pipes and steel profiles within precise tolerances using advanced plasma cutters and portable equipment mobilized to our sites. We machine the weld bevels, which directly impact welding quality, using mechanical methods defined in the project's WPS documents; we ensure purity by clearing the material surface of all oxides and contaminants prior to welding.

Precision Fit-Up
Ensuring geometric accuracy before welding is the most critical step to prevent the formation of post-assembly in-line stresses. We meticulously execute the fit-up processes of pipelines and structural steel even under harsh site conditions. By completely eliminating axial misalignments, we lock the root gap and face alignment within international ASME and EN tolerances. Field QA/QC & NDT Coordination
We systematically verify and log the integrity of every single field weld and structural fabrication through internationally recognized Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) protocols. Aligned with strict project specifications, we seamlessly coordinate third-party accredited inspection teams for NDT. Prior to mechanical completion, we compile all testing reports, mill test certificates (MTC), and comprehensive Weld Logs / Weld Maps into a transparent quality handover package, sealing our field craftsmanship under absolute international compliance.
